Comeet’s Openings feature allows you to create as many openings as you would like for a certain position, enabling a company to have multiple hires for a single position.
2. Create a Position
Comeet allows companies to set referral bonuses for employees upon successful hires.
Comeet allows users to share open positions with anyone in their social network to help source and recruit candidates effortlessly.
When a new position is created, it is set to Open by default. When a position is Open, candidates can apply and be added to the position. When a company sets a position to On hold, all candidates within the position are set to On hold and no new candidates can be added to the position.
To create a position, click on + in the left column of the dashboard.
The position scorecard allows you to select the traits that you would like to evaluate candidates on.
There are six possible Position Roles a teammate can have in Comeet, each with their own permissions to access certain actions and data.
Comeet allows you to upload images for your company’s logo, as well as for your open positions that will be displayed when sharing your openings to social media such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
